Michael Stanley Joins Traub Capital Partners As Managing Director

Private Equity Veteran Brings Depth of Consumer Sector Experience and Transaction Expertise to Traub Capital Partners.

New York, NY – February 13, 2023 – Traub Capital Partners, a strategic private equity firm focused exclusively on the branded consumer sector, today announced that Michael Stanley has joined the firm as a Managing Director in New York, where he will focus on generating new investment opportunities, executing transactions and working with portfolio companies.

Mr. Stanley joins Traub Capital with more than 16 years of private equity experience in the consumer sector at Goode Partners. While at Goode Partners, he was primarily responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, structuring and executing new transactions and monitoring certain of the firm's portfolio investments.


Mr. Stanley participated in 9 platform investments and two add-on acquisitions totaling approximately $300 million of invested equity capital. Select investments include Supreme, La Colombe, Chuy’s, Rosa Mexicano, Julie Vos and Jocko Fuel. Mr. Stanley also completed an initial public offering, two secondary offerings, three strategic sales and one sale to a financial sponsor. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Julie Vos and formerly served as a member of the board of directors of Chuy’s, Rosa Mexicano, La Colombe and Readywise.


Stanley graduated from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
